Portraits of a cold night in Columbus, OH
The 4:5 dimension portrait is on that has been popularized by Instagram. For a photographer, especially a soccer photographer this dimension can be both limiting and revealing. The constraints of the dimension often times leaves the context of the shot out but in turn can reveal a detail that might not have been seen with the rest of the scene visible. KTTP fam @Ashely_Orellana braved the cold of Columbus, OH to cover the USMNT final round World Cup qualifier with her families country of origin El Salvador. I decided to select some of her amazing shots all shot in landscape and find the details in the 4:5 portrait.
