Puma continue to elevate their streetwear sneaker game with their latest. The Tsugi Shinsei is inspired by Japanese sensibility and function. The name translated into English means ‘next’ and ‘reborn’, an obvious mission statement for the silo. The new kicks feature a unique lacing concept for a progressive look and extra comfort. By pulling the lacing along the lateral and medial side of the foot, the wearer is ensured a proper fit. The TSUGI SHINSEI also features a sock construction, nylon padded tongue and textile vamp for an ultra-snug fit. More than its functionality, it boasts of a minimal, contemporary style. Rounding out the shoe is Pumas beloved IGNITE FOAM which offers unparalleled function, comfort and flexibility.

The TSUGI SHINSEI Black and White colorways drop in-stores exclusively on April 14th through Kith stores in Soho, Brooklyn and Miami.

The TSUGI SHINSEI Friends & Family release will be launched exclusively by Kith on April 14. Minimal pairs will be available at Kith’s SoHo and Brooklyn locations. The Busenitz has really evolved into a classic. Obviously taking inspiration from the iconic Copa Mundial was a stroke of genius as the shoe continues to receive fresh iterations. Because of it’s classically inspired design and modern skateboarding based tech, the Busenitz lends itself to varying aesthetics.  Last week we got the modernly in fashion PureBOOST  and this week we get an homage to the timeless Gazelle. Dropping in a trio of scarlet, “College Royal” and “Core Black,”  the pack employs suede and the Gazelle’s “Running White” accents throughout. Look for all three colorways to hit most adidas Skateboarding retailers throughout the week.

Puma look to make a classy yet powerful statement with the new Clyde Luxe. Featuring 100 % premium leather upper fashioned into snake skin with clean and rich colorways. Dropping in red, black and white with gold accents, the Lux triplets breath new luxurious life into the classic Clyde silo. The kicks offer a clean versatility as Puma continues to step-up their lifestyle sneaker game. Look for the Clyde Luxe to become available now at Puma Lab via Footlocker, Shoe Palace and Six: 02

Remember when “Air Max Day” was just one day? Everyone’s favorite pseudo holiday is now like that friend that celebrates their birthday all month long. Unlike you’re annoying friend however, “Air Max Day” actually provides us with new drops from one Nike’s most iconic silhouettes old and new. This year Los Angeles sneaker staple Undefeated will play host to a month long pop-up leading up to 3/26 AKA “Air Max Day.” As you’d expect Nike swagged out the La Brea flagship with unique Air Max branding, artwork and installations. Diadora takes it to the terraces with their latest SS 2017 campaign: On The Brightside/80s in the UK. Elite sneakers combined with 80s style jackets and crewnecks. The new line also features sweats and tees in the same colour palette. The new On the Brightside collection drops today at select Diadora stockists.

On March 26th Nike will once again observe “Air Max Day.” In honor of said glorious fake holiday Nike will also drop the “Air Max Day” Collection. The mix of retros, revamps and even the much anticipated VaporMax will release throughout the month of March leading up to the 25th when Nike will likely have some sort of installation or party for the big day. We’re personally hyped on those Flyknit 90’s and atmos 1’s.

Nike continue to tweak the beloved and popular Presto silo, this time with a cleaner, more simplified vibe. The Air Presto Fly shares undeniable DNA with the classic via the sole and mesh material seen throughout the upper. It isn’t all carbon copy however, as  the changes are equally apparent. Most glaringly, is the omission of a cage or or even a mid-strap that we saw on the Air Presto Extreme. Instead there are Flywire laces with a big swoosh on the lateral side of the upper.

The kicks are set to drop this spring in monochromatic, black, blue and sand.

Over the holidays Nike quietly released a new colorway for the Lunar Magista II. Dropping in “Team Red” the new shoe is stripped down and made up almost entirely of flyknit, excluding the leather heel counter. Unlike its previous models,  this iteration features nearly the exact same material  on the upper as the soccer boot from which it was conceived. Ironically this makes the shoe very soccer and un-soccer as the colorway with the lunar sole evoke a stronger casual/lifestyle vibe than anything else.

The Nike Lunar Magista II Flyknit “Team Red” is available now for $200 USD at Nike.com
